You do not have to be gluten free, sugar free and vegan to love these delicious cookies. However, It does help to know that you are eating clean when you go for your second (or sixth) cookie this holiday season! The best part? They are about 15 calories each!

What You'll Need

  • 6 Tbsp Almond Milk (or any milk you prefer)
  • 6 Tbsp Coconut Flour
  • 1 Medium Ripe Banana 
  • 2 Squares Of Chocolate (I like Antidote. You can also add dried fruit or nuts)
  • 1/4 Tsp Baking Powder

Here's How

Preheat oven at 350. Chop up the chocolate and mix all ingredients together in a bowl. Use a tablespoon to separate dough into a dozen portions and lay on ungreased baking sheet. Bake for roughly 12-15 minutes.
