This spiced chai pudding may be so addictive that you might even want it for breakfast. Go ahead, it's good for you!
What You'll Need
- 2 medium ripe bananas, peeled & frozen for 15 min
- 1 cup of brewed & chilled chai tea (I like Traditional Medicinals)
- 1/3 cup coconut cream
- 1/2 cup raw cacao
- 1/4 cup maple syrup or your favorite sweetener
Blend all ingredients into a smooth consistency. Pour into dessert cups and garnish with any toppings you like. I used raspberries, hazelnuts and granola for this one. You can store this in the fridge for up to four days.
